For detailed class changes see specific class changes in this forum. This is really only the classification changes.

So much to discuss if we are to make this happen for the competitors. Lets make every vehicle equally able to do world record scores all the same.

With understandable names this one is easily more entry level friendly while keeping the hardcore competitors with a home.

I do like most of what you have with a few small inter class exceptions.
I dont agree with fusing power cables because that defeats the purpose of the added power cables.

I also think the two extreme classes should be combined

From the responses in the other posts, vs #2 has an edge in likeability and ease for judging with little changes from previous class layouts.

I still feel this will get the best response from the general dB drag population as well as help revive the competitiveness in north america while allowing a world wide level playing field.

It meets all of the goals set forth by dBDrag for 2012

Both proposals will work and benefit db drag. Either way, one of them NEEDS to happen for 2012. We've had all year to get it done.

i hear ya greg but I was not given the power to make final decisions I might just call and ask if I can get the general populations input on the two class layouts. then once we have that we can work on the details and I am damn sure it will get done faster.
