2.2
If the largest speaker in the contestant's sound system is smaller than 10 inches (25.4 cm) in diameter, then all of the speakers that are being used to produce bass shall be treated as woofers.

so this means a 6.5" will act same as 8"?

If your using 6.5" as the competition subwoofer(producing the spl) then yes you get it counted towards your total # of subwoofers.

2x 6.5" = 8"

That would seem fair to me.

Thats right...
if your largest speaker in your sound system is smaller than 10 inches then it is counted as a woofer smaller than 10"... means, no matter if 8" or 6.5"...

or at least
S-A 4x6,5
S-B 6x6,5 and so on...

So i should try to do some numbers with 6,5"

If a 6,5" is equal to a 8" sub... I know it's from the rule book. But still... does not make any sense.

Nemanja, I also look forward to work with some 6,5" s, I hope you have fun. Will keep in touch!

but then this creates the scenario, that if you're entering Street A, with a single 12inch woofer, can't you have as many 6.5inch woofers as you want?
