Had my TermLAB for a few months now. It's asked for me to reload the disk twice. Just yesterday I had to do this, this morning I used it, then I get home and plug my computer back into the internet and now I'm getting a popup saying: Enter User name and password for http://termpro.com... I put it in and it still asks.

Then after several attempts it tried to lock me out??? PLEASE HELP!!!

Now it says:

A username and password are being requested by http://www.termpro.com. The site says: "www.termpro.com"

I wasn't even logged into the Termpro site when it asked for this...

We were migrating our servers to new machines. It should work fine now.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

You will have to wait and see. I expect to put the update on-line in the next few days. Some really cool new features have been added.

I purchased the NEW software a few months ago, now you're coming out with yet another one. Does that mean I have to pay again?
