Now, announicing rules for 2014 would be a great step ahead...I find it very innovative but keep in mind that big changes never did good to any sport...See F1 for example...Pit stop are more exciting than the race itself...Don't make the same mistake with dbdrag for Christ's sake...

I realy hope that this season's outcome has been a big lesson for all...

there needs to be shows in regions who dont have shows , having shows 12 to 15 hrs away is not going to generate new competitors , also having a west coast finals venue is key to keeping competitors doing db drag . not that those have anything to do with the rules but my .2 , last year their wasnt a db drag show within a 12 hr radious of me so that made it very difficult to continue to do db drag

No, its just a review first for the Judges.
After all details are clear, Wayne will announce it.

Excuse me if I'm annoying, but I have a small question for the judges. The new 2013 rules say:"Power - When amplifier power limits are specified, the dBDRA will use an approved power clamp meter to verify compliance during competition. If power meters are not available, the dBDRA will use the maximum published RMS rating for the amplifier. (The dBDRA reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any published rating.)". Does it mean that I can use amplifier with more rating if I'm actually being clamped? It would be very convenient, because I have bigger amplifier for daily use and in that case I won't have to switch amplifiers before the event, I'd rather just adjust bigger amplifier to less power output. Can I do this on 1x events maybe (I would still be clamped)? Thanks guys

Essentially that is the idea. IF the event has clamps and they are clamping than you could use any amp you wanted as long as you did not go over the class limit. If you did go over you would lose the round(eliminations). However if there is no clamps then it will be judged based on highest published rms rating.
