For your IASCA induction!!! Just saw it on the site and though I'm little (not) known around here I've been a Termpro fan for years and many more to come.

Congrates Wayne your product is gettin some much due and foreseen recognition.

Is this the end of AC (measuring equipment) as we know it?

For competition purposes? I know MECA still uses it for RTA "freak out" and Audio Control pays the winner at finals cash---so I doubt that is going anywhere.

But as far as SPL goes, the termpro seems to have everyone now.

As far as tuning for SQ--the audio control and several computer based models will probably continue to be used to the extent RTAs are used for tuning.

even though the termlab now has RTA functions available?

Termlab RTA features are far superior to the AC unit and I have used both extensively.

The SQ competitors I know don't trust the mic nor the calibration.

But to be fair--it isn't like an RTA is heavily used when tuning. That would be like using your ears to tune SPL.
