Does anyone have a formula to find the resonant frequency of the vehicle as I want to build a street car with a wall and with an adjustable port go to SPL Competitions. Im more aiming at the top SPL result.

Any Ideas?

test it...

then build a new box and test it again...

then another box, more testing...

peak frequency of your vehicle will change depending on how much power and cone you are using.

there is no formula or magic box.

if you want a serious SPL setup, that can be used for music daily, then build a serious SPL setup, do all the testing and tuning, then change the port to a musically tuned one, and wire your amps back to something that won't result in them catching on fire.... people often wire their amps down to 0.5, 0.25ohm, or lower for competitions.
