We are trying to get a 2005 Aerio to play over 150, but so far so bad. It has shown to have a resonant freq. of 45hz and the loudest we have played is 145.5. The system on it is (2) DD 3515's dual one with(4) DD SS1's @ 1 ohm, but we play it @ .25 ohms for burps.

Can you give me more details of the box you had? Box size? ports size and depth? I think with the power I have @ .25 ohms I can get to 150 with a box like the one you had!

Hmmmm, that's a wagon. The one I'm working with is a 4 door sedan. Very different acoustics.

It sounds loud, only doesn't want to do higher numbers. I will start working in it again on Moday

Well, I know this is an old thread...old as hell but I have a 2004 Suzuki Aerio with 2 DD 9510's
and an AQ 3500 amp and I am doing a 149.1 with it.
I had a lot of help from Jeff Brown on this and so far have woofers firing to the pass. side and port to driver side!
I am going to next try subs to pass side and port towards the back hatch door.
Wish me luck!
oh its an 8" Aero
