OK here we go. i had a kicker 350.4 amp running my mids and highs flawless for a few years. I had some probs with it and needed to replace it, so i bought a polk audio 4 ch amp. That amp ran extremely hot so i bought another kicker , a kx 650.4. I had no probs with noise from the first kicker to the polk but when i hooked up the new 650.4 after a few mins of play time i got a burst of highs , kinda like someone turned the amp all the way up. I turned off the system and looked at the amp to make sure everything was tight, and it was. Turned it back on and everything was fine for a few mins then i got a steady noise thru all my speakers including my sub. Its hard to explain, it wasnt a whine but like an 80 hz signal. Any ideas as to what it could be? Any help is appreciated.
