i know it's not ideal.. but it's a small box(largest i could build) and for 33hz this was the easiest way to make the port.. will i get sub noise or cancellation?
after displacement and port it's 5.33 total set up for 2 15 l7's

it's 3/4 mdf.. no center brace, it's not a big box so i didn't brace it.. i could run bolts through it but the ports in the way.. do you think i should?

Brace it and more detailed pics of the port. Can't really tell what the port is like. Looks pretty good though. I don't think a brace is a MUST but surely helps.

I would have double layered that baffle, and yes I also would say it's too thin with no brace.

Port on the side of the box may have worked ou better, but I'd don't really see anything wrong with your port design, as long as there's enough clearance inside by the opening.
