I am buying a Nissan Patrol 1992 4.2 Diesel and I am planning on installing 4 x 300 alternators. Each alternator will be connected to 6 x 100AH batteries so that is a total of 24 batteries.

I would like to know is there anything else I will need to do this as I have never done multiple alternators before.

Why wouldn't you just set each alternator to the same voltage and have all 24 batteries connected to each other?!?! You decrease DCR which is better for burping purposes...

Easily make a battery rack under the storage area behind the back seat to house 2x6 banks of batteries lengthwise. Then do the same above it, create a dividers between the two with holes, connect a few behind the back of the wall(I assume) to a nice ground/positive bussbar and then to the amplifiers that would be posterior to the bussbars in an amp rack and superior to the batteries...
Easily done.
