all opinions and ideas will be greatly appreciated now with that being said... im running four mtx ts 85 dual four ohm, two hifonics brutus 1700.1's strapped using a maxx link mlx 100 a 250 amp alternator of course 0 gauge with a big three upgrade two xs power batteries now my question is should i fire the subs up and port to the back or just fire the subs back in an sealed enclosure...

Build a tunnel under the rear deck. seal it up to the backseat area. then build boxes to fire the subs up into another chamber that lets the sound out the tunnel. basically like a bandpass, but without as much tuning required. This will eliminate trunk rattle and maximize the sound you receive.

Another idea is to fire the subs backwards and port it through the back deck. You will get trunk rattle but you will focus the back wave into the car and off of the back windshield.

so your saying build a solid enclosure and cut a port in the rear deck
