I've started finding out where our local caves are here in the Black Hills and started spelunking. Plan is is to go to 1 this weekend. If so, i'll take pics and post them. Man this is a fun hobby. went wednesday and it's fricken cool.

It's not a mine, it's a cave. Big difference. I go in mine also, but some are very dangerous. Here's pics of 1 mine north of Keystone....



We used 2 be able 2 go into this mine about a mile now alot of the wood beams holding stuff up is knocked down. Sucks cause it's a neat mne and close 2 where I live.

pretty cool. my woman watches some Planet Earth show and saw some guys who would parachute into big caves. dirty jobs did a show on them too. looks like it would be interesting to go down in caves and mines.

I like going in caves too. but I like scuba diving into underwater caves, especially in florida's network of springs. not just walking around.
