Hard to believe they are only $90 each.
Hands down the best tweeter I've heard in my setup.

Be back in a few weeks after I've listened to every cd I own 7 or 8 times.

Glad you like them.

Crazy stuff huh?

On top of sounding great, they are very easy to work with. Think they go for $100 each now though...which is still a bargain for their performance.

Oskar did something very right here.

Hmm does anyone plan on sharing with the rest of us as to who the manufacturer might be or provide a link so that we (at least I) may know what you guys are talking about

I know I'm bringing an OLD thread back to life, but I've got a pair of these still in the box that I'm getting ready to install. I've also got a used pair of MBQ Q tweets to use if needed.
I thought I'd put the OW-1 tweets in sealed kicks with a pair of Scanspeak Revelator 4" mids.
WILL THEY WORK WELL LIKE THIS?
If needed I could mount the MBQ tweets elsewhere because I'll have two unused outputs from my JL 300/4 amp after connecting the kicks(the mids in the kicks will be powered by a JL 300/2). I'll also be running a pair of 8" mid bass drivers in the door with another JL 300/2.
It's a 2000 Lexus ES300.

Steve Head's last version of his Civic had OW-1s, Rev 4s, and JBL 2118s in the kicks.

It was the most emotional experience that I have had in car audio since Earl Zausmmer's BMW.

How did he fit the mid bass in the kicks along with the mids and tweets?!Can I find a picture of it anywhere?

8s were more against the firewall and the 4s and tweeters were in the normal kick area. Had/has Oz 10s under the front seats. I'll try to dig some pictures up of it.

page two has the current install...not much to see. I dunno if you have to be a member to see the install gallery or not.

Thank you Winslow - I opened an account where you posted the first link and I'm glad I did.
Once I can afford it I'll get the Scan Revs and the Dynaudio 172s and work on kicks to put 'em in. It'll still be a while before I can get it done, but as of now I know what the plan is.
Thanks again,
Martin
