I see what everyone is saying about not going down far enough...but my legs don't go past parallel...i dunno why.

Guess I need to do less weight and worry about getting them stretched out.

If you look at the 650 leg press thats as far as my legs can do down.

Start with it a lot lower down so you have to put your knees to your chest.

well, the reason your legs won't go down that much is probably because you don't do a full rep. gotta stretch the muscles

I had a friend in high school who thought he was a machine. He lifted so much, and did so many half-assed reps, that he got to the point where he could barely bend. Its very important to stretch a lot and do full reps.

those vids were the day after i had done legs...just someone online didn't believe me so i went and got vids

don't try it man...look at my form...basically I need to get my ego in check and go back down to 450/500 pounds and get perfect form, then go from there.
