I had asked this in the Psycho thread and they responded however I received additional feedback this weekend that suggests otherwise so I just want to clarify.

Does the vehicle that you intend on bringing to finals have to compete at one of the regional events or is it acceptable to simply compete with another vehicle at one of the regional events?

Would like for Wayne to clarify this please as soon as possible. Thank you.

Yes Scott, you can bring a points chaser to regionals as long as you have enough points in your phoon

I appreciate the response! I just wanted to make sure that this is the direction Wayne intends to go.

And another thing:
Will our "national german Final" be counted as these "regional".
I mean its a "regional" event where not everybody
is able to participate there!!!
In Germany we need to have 50 points and a certified.

Is there ANY list of the "zertified" regionals?
If not, such a list (worldwide) will be extremely helpful.

If the german finals will announce as a "Regional" than it is a "regional"...
We did it for Austria... And maybe we also can do it for Chech Rep and Slovakia...

Yes IF...so far there is no anouncement...

I would like to SEE that anouncement soon...

But dont know who "decides" that and if there
are "requirements" for that.

Maybe you send me a mail regarding that Mike?

Ah, Mike! Thanks like mentioned in the german forum!
NOW I see the regional logo in the calendar
and all questions are answered regarding this.
Just the "main" requirements like membership and
the minimum required points (also with the
participating car), certified and that stuff
has to be looked at.

Only sad thing is: For what do we need a "Eurofinal" then?
IF there will be one, what is still not clear yet.
But that is another question for a different topic...

Well, here I come with another competitorquestion what
I know no 100% answer.

So if the placing is not important, so what is with the class?
Does it have to be the class of choice for the world final?
Since its not the car what will be used for the
finals, there should be no need for the class either?

And how will people be treated when they place
9th and lower?
They dont show up in the results, just in the Dat Files.

I just spoke to Wayne. An answer is coming shortly. Plan on bringing your finals vehicle to Regionals.
