I need to find the secondary ignition/accessory wire.

Ok and what would I need these for in a 1996 neon. No power steering. No Cruise No power anything.

I have everything hooked up that can be hooked up and everything works except the blower for the motor wont come on at all. Nor the stereo.

Any ideas.

are you sure you're energizing the accessory wire? bad output? put a DMM on it and see if you're getting a full 12V. maybe you're only only geting 7v or something.
